The move to Aflenz

Moving is always a pain and in my case a disaster. My personal belongings are not the issue, but my studios, tools, paints, materials in every conceivable form, half-finished works, sketchbooks, and then a gallery with about 500 works in all shapes and sizes, unforgettable frames that I make myself and everything people give me that has helped me a lot not to have to invest as much as I otherwise would have.

And now I was not moving from one village to the next but about 450 km.

But there is a flock of angels around me because help came from incredible sources and I will be grateful for it as long as I live and without them I probably would not have come out well in the end.

These two Michael and Heins unexpectedly offered to help, one I knew a little and the other not at all, and they didn't stop there and offered to go on two trips. But it was incredibly fun for us and as if we had always known each other and Elfy enjoyed herself with the two gentlemen and of course so did I.

Birgit, Birgit and Dorothea came like a storm trooper and helped me clean the apartment and empty the rest that was never going to be finished. Along with carrying boxes and stuff to the cars.

And this doesn't include everyone, it's times like these that you realize how rich a person is when things are tough. Thanks for all the help dear friends I couldn't have done it without you.

The trips eventually became four, in addition, Valkyrjan, i.e. my old camber, which was well packed and finally a full car, and Elfy, i.e. my dog, went and she got to be in front, which is not often. On Sunday, June 14th, my life here in Aflenz began.
